Nice enough hotel, little bit dated and very quiet . Staff were friendly and polite. As the property is older the corridors were not covered by ac so a little hot. The buffet breakfast in the hotel next door was good but be aware if you have a sleeveless top on as they tried to stop me entering which I point blank refused. I could understand if that was the a la carte breakfast in the royal wing suite but it wasn’t . Not good and p@@sssd me off quite a bit. The cost is a little high for an older style property albeit nice staff and service. The location is nice as far as the view but not really walking distance to anything around however grab/bolt tacos are easy.

We love the pool! This hotel has multiple pools.
Family with children will enjoy swimming in multiple pools. Royal wing is connected to Royal cliff hotel. We stayed in Royal wing. Spacious room with in-room jacuzzi, fresh fruits and a variety of chocolates and cookies are served in the room every day. Mini bar included in the room price (very convenient).
Excellent service. Staff members are very welcoming.
We had 4 rooms with a large party. Everyone enjoyed their stay.
Spa treatment service has multiple options.
We would definitely come back again next time we are back in Pattaya.
