The owners, Mike and Ning, do all they can to make guests feel welcome, comfortable, and well taken care of. I would definitely stay here again. Great bed, excellent shower, and good AC.

The staff was very nice, and helpful with information about atm’s, restaurants and transportation, the room A/C was leak but worked good enough for a good nite sleep we enjoyed our stay.

Great hotel in quiet area of Pattaya

While not a 5 star hotel …the service and kindness of the owner and employees were 5 stars….great stay and would highly recommend this guesthouse especially if your a everton fan lol

From the moment of my arrival I was greeted with the utmost of kindness. They welcomed me by name, got me checked in within a flash and showed me to my room. What I liked best about the room I stayed in was a counter for me to use as a workstation for my laptop and microphone. It was a much better layout for my work than a traditional desk. Mike, Ning and Jo all befriended me, giving me great suggestions for restaurants, activities and the best beach to go to. My first stay was only a few days but I liked it so much I booked again for another month. The location is central to everywhere I want to be and there is not a lot of noise on this street which allowed me to sleep very well. Speaking of a restful sleep I was quite impressed with the quality of mattresses they have. I am sure these were imported as the quality was best in the world. Pattaya Garden Apartments will be my go to place of serenity whenever I revisit Pattaya. Thank you to all the wonderful staff for making my stay superbly pleasant. My highest recommendation of 10 Stars Plus Plus!
