Nice new hotel, excellent breakfast but air conditioner very cold, car park a bit difficult to park for larger size car, a real 4.5 star hotel all in all and excellent value

Modern high rise by the waterfront. We only stayed 1 night but found the hotel very clean, very comfortable and good value for money.

Little comment
Posted 14 Jun 2024 on Hotels1) When we placed the floor towel in front of the shower room, it will be hard to open/close the door.
2) If there is a plate for the cup for coffee/tea will be better
3) If there is a hair dryer will be perfect

We checked in, time to shower before sleep relapsed that hot water not working properly. Called front desk and she said someone will be right up, unfortunately after 10 mins of waiting callled again and then a technician shows up. Tries to convince me that hot water works but very low pressure, which is not practical when having a shower. They then decide to change our room to another floor. Once in the room we realize there were pants of another guest or staff in the cupboard and the end was hurriedly made up.
We wasted more than an hour which we felt was not worth. I would recommended anyone checking in to enquirer the room they are getting has proper hot water pressure. Best to check before you unpack. We are not staying there any more, the place is not good. My last review was positive but this time the experience was not pleasant at all.
