Once again, my stay at Nova Park was great! Clean, friendly, comfortable, good location, etc.
The only negative is the LOUD music from either a club or a private residence at night. Very annoying. Other than that, I highly recommend this establishment.

Aircon is broken, does not cool and leaks a big puddle on the bedroom floor. There is mold everywhere. Bathroom sink had a leaky pipe and caused puddle in bathroom. Reception is rude and unhelpful. Did not get the room I payed for. Refused to change my room. Don’t waste your money

I had a nice time there. And I will stay there the next time I come to Pattaya. I hope I can get the same room.

Overall it’s a good place to stay, It’s quite an old place so will be a bit dated in some areas, Cleaners were great who came in and cleaned everyday and gave fresh towels, Only 2 complaints is the shower is not consistent with hot water and majority of the time is cold/warm, only other is there is a club at the back or the side of the hotel that plays really heavy bass music past 4am everyday which can become quite annoying and can awake even deep sleepers
