Staff was very accommodating in moving me to a new room when there was an issue with the original room. The one improvement that needs to be made is having a safety box in the room. Front desk safety deposit boxes are not an ideal solution.

A lovely hotel right on the beach front. Our room had superb views oh the ocean . They wouldn’t let us check in although it was well gone 1.00 check in is at 2.00. My only issue was 8.30 in the morning they were just dragging tables and chairs across the floor making a horrendous noise. Would stay again as I’m sure it was a ‘1 off’ due to the new year party.

Everything was great but there was one girl behind the counter I’m sure she was the manager was very rude !!!!!

Misrepresented rooms
Posted 14 Nov 2023 on HotelsMy overall stay was good but i booked what was described as ‘deluxe triple chalet’. So i was expecting a stand alone chalet(bungalow). But it was just a hotel room in a building with approx 50 other rooms. They call the bungalows(chalet) something else
