I booked 3 rooms. Arrived there and the hotel is close.We have no place to stay. I want my money back.

Nice hotel, but a bit too far from the beach

I stayed there one night with my family. The staff are lovely and friendly. But breakfast is not so many menu.

Service lapse of the hotel staff

Cons: The service recovery and lapse
Book on the internet on the very day itself. Internet show there was room available. After booking, called the hotel but was told that there is no more room for the one i have booked. Was told that they had not closed on the internet. However, instead of offering us a better room, they offer us a smaller one.

too lazy to clean and take care of the place.

I did not even stay the night I had the reservation. The rooms (I looked at two of them) were not very clean and the pillows were stained really bad. The pool was green and the entire grounds and building were in poor condition. The beds are made from blocks with stucco then some loose paneling with the mattress on top. Who knows what comes out from the cracks in the paneling at night - I wasn't about to find out. Old crt type tv's too. Good luck if you are brave enough to stay here. I don't know about the service or the neighbourhood but was prompted to give a rating.
