The room was not properly cleaned with soap marks and residue around the bathroom sink, tub, sticky floors all around. I asked for refresh and didn't improve much. I had to clean myself.
Had a burger and deep fried prawn wontons at the restaurant in the hotel and it was the worst burger we have ever eaten. We had to check if it was actually beef burger or some fake meat. Wontons were mediocre.
At checkout, we addressed these again and they apologized. Nothing more was done. Very disappointed, which is too bad because pool was fantastic and kids loved it.
