Terrible expirience,you'll have ADDITIONAL expence

Posted 4 Aug 2019 on Hotels
Terrible expirience. I do not recommend this hotel. We came to the hotel , we have just dropped our things in the room and went to the beach. When we came back ,part of the glass shower door was broken. They charged us 150 euro and treated us with disrespect and no politeness at all. We didn't have time to wait for the tourist police ,but in case you find yourselves in similar situation-call them. They have to treat customers properly and with kindness .This act of theirs has ruined our vacation and made us feel unwelcome. Beside this, "plastic" feel is that you get when you move around the hotel as there are no friendly faces nor summery feel in it . There are few hotels near ,where you can have great summer feel staying in them.

Dear Guest, we are really surprised to receive this review from you. Our hotel faced with dignity & kindness your family. First of all, even though your reservation was for a standard quartable room, we had already upgraded you before the incident in our sea view suite of 45 s.meters!Be sure that you would have never got the room if there was such a damage in your bathroom! We are professionals not irresponsible people. Moreover, in order for you to be safe after the damage-which wan not caused by anyone that you claim that had done it as you were absent(no one has the right to get to an already checked in room!)-we gave you two separated rooms to stay for the night to avoid any body damages, though. You understand what a loss was that for our company during this high season to occupay 2 more rooms for free...But we did it pre-emptively. The real cost of this cabin's damage is 250 Euros from which you only gave the 100 Euros, so we cannot understand what is all about that review..Thank you though

Hotel for relaxing

Posted 19 Aug 2013
Pros: Very relaxing and quite.
Location: Small village. Found nothing much around it nearby. No beach.
We were staying for one night. OK for us that it is a bit isolated. Relaxed around the pool. Not a beach but you can access the sea stepping on stones. Drinks from the pool bar. Ate a decent meal at the Hotel. Only one other restaurant nearby.

Good place to stay in transit

Posted 27 Jul 2013
Pros: Nice room and good breakfast for the price; good parking.
Cons: The description of how to get there should be more precise.
Location: Only for people with a car. The location is a bit remote for people boarding a ferry in Patras. There are not attractions around.
While it is a bit far from central Patras, and the neighborhood made me worry as we were searching for the hotel, the place itself turned out to be very nice. Good private parking protected from the sun, very efficient welcome at the reception, very good room standard for the price, and beautiful exposure to the seaside and the bay. We were surprised by the fact that while the hotel terrace and pool are literally AT the sea line, there is no access to the sea itself - one can only watch (and the sunset is beautiful there). The breakfast was good (again, for the price we paid). I would not stay there for a longer period, but it is perfect for people in transit by car via Patras.

Low budget hotel with above average quality of rooms for that price. However, all the corridors and the main area of the hotel were not heated and therefore they were extremely cold. Eating breakfast with your coat is not fun...
