AC only worked at night during day super hot and someone tried to enter room at midnight. Had no iron for clothes, shower head need to be replace barely any water came out.

Overall our stay was decent. Only due to the fact that we had a great bartender who was constantly supplying drinks by the pool. The amenities are very full but out dated and it’s obvious. Cleaning service was very poor, and only came around when we were actually using the room, which was limited times. First night I found an aunt nest and no matter how much I killed they just kept coming. The staff was kind aka our server but the front desk didn’t speak English well and when we tried to leave early they wouldn’t refund us our last day, they didn’t even help with booking rides although they did shuttle us from the airport for a large fee. Location is far from a lot and due to the high traffic it takes a long time to get anywhere. Wouldn’t recommend.

We couldn’t use our hot tub it was rusty water, and it should also say cold water only on the hot tub. Everything is very dated and not as shown when we booked the room!

Cockaroaches in room. After staff killed cockaroaches they did not clean. Shower was never cleaned. Bedsheets were never changed and they were dirty. Requests from staff would take hours. I called to have garbage removed so no more bugs would come in... the staff came after 16 hours. Room service is supposed to be 24 hours however after midnight no one picks up the phone.

I stayed 4 nights at wyndham it was perfect place to stay. All locations nearby, easy to go whereever you eant to go.

The team and room were lovely. Overall the resort needs a bit of maintenance to the common areas and the spas don’t have any heat functions so are really cold making them unusable for most of our stay. I think the price is fair reflecting the condition and we still had a pleasant stay. Even though it’s located on the outskirts of Patong, we had no issues with transport.

This hotel the service was great but the room is wasn't clean 😕. By the first night of the first day I was feel very disappointed cause they were very smelled and thirty 😢 and the tower was too old 😢 and they also had a bugs 🐛 bed 😢🙄
