Well they say you get what you pay for and in this case I overpaid. Watch out for the elevator and all the hidden fees they might try to make you pay. Was definitely an experience but it’s doable if you just need a place to sleep but kinda takes away from the vacation having to deal with it.

Horrible place to stay in, check out the mold in the bathroom and how the fridge looks, they didn’t move me to another room because it was sold out.
Do not even consider staying there.

If all you want is a bed and shower it’s ok but don’t expect a hot shower there’s no hot water

Posted 23 Feb 2020 on HotelsIt is a very nice stay at this property. A good location as it is accessable to all your needs. The room has a nice setup and amenities as expected. Services are all superb with very attentive and warm service from all. I can say that this hotel has the best quality for such a minimal cost that I have come across. A wonderful experience indeed and I highly recommend friends to come.

Room 401 air conditioner is broke. Spits out ice and doesn’t cool the room. If on too long like over night when you are trying to sleep, makes horrible noise

Stay somewhere else
Posted 7 Jan 2020 on HotelsStay somewhere else if you can there's hundreds of hotels in the Phuket area. It's old and rundown. The bed was hard as a rock and it's a very noisy party Hotel. Unless you want to party all night and sleep all day. Wish I had some photos.

Never again. Joke of a place. Hostel material.
Posted 23 Feb 2019 on HotelsTerrible. Paid for 9 nights, left after 2 nights. Hostel quality advertised as 4 star. NEVER AGAIN. Seriously, do not waste your money. No refunds so lost a good chunk of change walking away from a 9 night booking after 2 nights then having to pay for anothee hotel. English breakfast?? What a joke! Whole place is a joke. Pool is a plunge pool, not big enough to splash around and if there were 5 people in there it'd be crowded. Worst place ever. Location is only positive about this place, but I wouldn't book based on the location. So many better places around.
