The Charm hotel and resort is as conveniently located since it’s just across the Patong beach and walking distance to Patong night market. Its breakfast buffet is also very good and has a lot of variety to choose from. Its close to tons of dining options, massage spas and shopping.

The Junior Suite was spacious and comfortable but what makes The Charm amazing is the staff. I felt like they truly cared about us. The friendliness and attention we received was incredible and I highly recommend this resort to anyone staying in the Patong area.

The inclusive breakfast was was very average most days you had eggs ,twice had omelette raw in middle not much to go with rhe eggs
Had steak buffet you couldn’t chew it
Had another couple meals average
When arrive told them twice that room wasn’t clean
Cleaners come each day , day 4 before the dirty bench was wiped by them
Staff friendly
Personally wouldn’t go there again
Probably go back to Kata Novotel where we stayed before

One word. Phenomenal experience at The Charm in Phuket! The staff here are simply amazing. I was in Thailand for my birthday and the staff themselves made my day so special. 15/10 review! So grateful for my experiences and friendships made while staying at The Charm hotel.
