The stay was nice amenities worked fine. There were 2 cards provided for entrance and for room other than that price and location was super ideal.

Perfect place to stay. Hidden away but beautiful hotel and rooms. Only issue was lack of bigger rooms.

It was a challenging start being locked out at first with no attendant at the door. Check in was listed at 1, I was there at 105pm, again no one at front door and I wasn’t let in until almost 2. While there is a sign on the door with a number to call, it’s difficult for a foreigner like myself without an international plan. I made a comment about my check in and rather than responding with words, the staff responded with action. I had issues with my tv, a staff member called, came up and fixed it immediately. They were friendly and thorough when cleaning my room. I was very impressed. I liked my room. I look forward to staying again in the future.

No parking at this 8 floor hotel. Space for 3 motorbikes outside. Was bullied by some taxi thugs outside when i tried to park in the back. (Apparently not a part of the hotel). I decided to leave even thou i had prepaid for 3 nights. No refund given. Total loss.

Hello, I am the manager of the hotel. We apologize for the inconvenience in this stay. But this way, our staff have already told you that you can park your on the opposite side as it is a parking place for customers of our hotel. Motorbike taxi are not involved in the hotel at all. The part that we are not able to refund the customer because the customer booked in the condition of cancellation. We must really apologize.

I stayed at this lovely small boutique hotel for two nights on the 30/31st of Dec. I stayed in room 802. Which I have to say has amazing sea views... well and views over Patong. All viewed from a balcony bath. The room has everything, more like an apartment. I didnt want to leave but someone else had booked the room. I stayed across the road at Rak hotel, this hotel has the same designer and looks very simular. The staff were great. I absolutely loved the views over NYE with the fireworks. Amazing. I highly recommend this hotel.
