Room is good comfortable and clean but accessories were not clean. Our clothes got dirty while put on stand. Coffee cups were dirty. Food quality was very good.

The pool access rooms were good value for the price but some things do need improvement. Ie. Considerable mould around air conditioning vent and the air con thermostat did not change anything so the room could be too cold. Mattresses were also quite hard for people who aren't used to it. But overall still pretty good value.

My fourth time in Phuket. Everything about the hotel is the same. I think maybe the hotel may need some renovations on some furnitures in the room. Hotel food could be better and staffs could be more wellcoming and friendly.

However, We have renovate furniture plan start at the middle of this month. Some room is start to close to renovate. Great location. Hotel bit on the older side but still worth the money. Had the pool access room which was great. Only issue was the mattress was very hard to get a good nights sleep. Had to sleep on top of the beddings to make it a bit softer. Might want to invest in new mattresses as this is consistent complain from other reviews. But overall I would stay again. For the location.

The staff was awesome and very helpful, the location was great for all the things i like. I would stay there again .
