Great service from being greeted at the entrance, being helped with my luggage’s and given all the information I needed from Spy during the check-in process. Jimmy always kept my room super clean just as it was when I first arrived.

The extensive number of staff was most impressive. There were always a large number of employees waiting to assist you for any number of things. It helped make my visit to a foreign country almost seamless. Jane was there to help me with every thing I needed. A big thank you to her.

We loved this place overall – fantastic pools and facilities, great location just by the beach at the quieter end, excellent breakfast buffet, friendly staff. However, we booked the hotel specifically because we were 2 adults and a 10-year-old and they advertised a room with 2 double beds. These “double beds” were so small that it was a major challenge to fit two adults into one. The photographed room was misleading as to their size. We asked to be given a room with bed sizes more appropriate for the 3 people we had booked and paid for. And the staff promised to come back to us to tell us when another room came available but they never did. We chose to deal with the cramped conditions over spending any more of our holiday time chasing down staff to get their help.

Great option amongst other hotels in Patong. Lovely location with access to so much including great dining options, Patong beach, night life, bangla night market and more.
