Great location, views and breakfast was very good. The room was a bit small and did not have adequate lighting. Some parts of the room were dark in evening time.

Excellent property. The only down side is having to walk up and down hilly area

This is an oasis of calm just minutes away from the crazy world of Patong beach. The property is situated in a leafy well manicured garden nestled in a hill overlooking Patong on one side and the sea on the other side. The staff are brilliant and highly attentive. We stayed here for 2 glorious weeks during the low season and came home truly rested and tanned. Thank you to all the Novotel staff!

Very difficult to get from one area to the next at this hotel. I won't stay here again.

The staff was incredible! Especially the dining staff.
Walking distance to main shopping district, or free shuttle if you're not a walker. Highlight was the incredible view.
