Nice Hotel.A little tucked away,in fact didn't know it was there despite being a frequent visitor to Patong having been recommended by a friend.Staff were sensational.Always cheerful & attentive,they're like one happy family.Nothing but good to say about my stay.Special mention to Layya & Party for making Happy hour fun.Inn Patong is changing hands in a couple of months,so i hope the vibe of the Hotel doesn't change

Posted 5 Apr 2018 on HotelsI couldn’t recommend this hotel more highly It is only a 3 Star but the staff and the location definitely make it a nicer stay than a 5 Star. It’s down a little laneway from the main Patong stretch which makes it very quiet. The breakfast was great but what makes it is the pool and bar with the beautifully friendly Leigha. The girls at the front desk were lovely too booking us a show, airport shuttles and general advice.

Decent cheap hotel
Posted 2 Apr 2018 on HotelsHotel was ok nothing special but I knew this when I booked worth the £19 for a night I paid clean pool was good too hotel could do with updating as it looks a bit worn inside but overall worth the money I paid

Thanks for staying with us "Anonymous". We're sorry about the pillows & mattresses but we are currently in a continual state of upgrading both. In fact 4 new mattresses arrived just this morning.

Disappointing

Pros: very little
Cons: attend to guest's requests
Location: close to most things in Patong
I have stayed in hundreds of hotels & never left negative feedback....until now (BTW I am a very low maintenance hotel guest)
The hotel advertised "premium internet" This was the main reason I stayed there because I had to run an online meeting for a large number of clients. It lasted for 10 minutes and failed.
I asked to speak to a manager about it (numerous times), and was told that the manager was not available for the week.
This is more like a 2 star with a 4 star price. Breakfast was 3 food warmers.
I had to ask for my room to be cleaned, new towels, etc on 3 out of the 5 days & was told one day that it couldn't be done.
Check in is 2pm, check out at 12pm - they will not alter this at all.
There are many other places to stay - select one of them

Thank you for your comments which management has viewed and will address.
We are sorry that certain things weren't up to your standard, but the time of year that you were here is High Season and the hotel is very busy with 100% occupancy. Due to the amount of people using the wifi in the aera "Patong" this time of year it tends to get overloaded.
Your room is cleaned daily, on your request as mentioned on arrival. We will address this issue.
Due to high occupancy and the time of the year, check in and checkout times have to be maintained to accommodate our other customers. We have always allow this alter, but it is managed by room availability
