Only resort style property on Patong Beach - walk straight out of your room onto the sand
Beach very clean and safe for all the family
It’s just a pity that the surrounding area has too many girlie bars and massage shops

Tired and dated resort . Its such a shame that the management have a resort in such a top location, but dont give it the attention it deserves .

The bathrooms are pretty awful. Shower/tub were poorly constructed, water from the shower spraying everywhere, water not warm for long. Weird design of bathroom with a strange step down into the time that you stub your toe on over and over. Weird saloon doors for the toilet. Not a horrible place but was expecting much nicer.
