The friendly atmosphere but the room was smelling when I arrived on the second floor

We had a small deck overlooking the pool which was nice. The room and bathroom were small but we were hardly there, and it was good value for the price. There was no hanging space for dresses and the floor wasn't very clean but the rest was clean. Very comfortable bed.

This is the second time staying at this hotel and have received excellent service from the staff, and found the accommodation is in a good location

Dirty and limited dinning. The restaurabt staff where breakfast was served the staff were very unfriendly i requested if i can have a takeaway container or foil so that i could carry bread for my son and they said they dont have any so sad.

Our first time visiting Thailand, and it could not have gone any better thanks to our partial stay at Ibis Patong.
Easy and convenient location with everything you need close by, its a 15min walk to bangla Rd, and a 5min walk to the beach.
The hotel has a pool with spa services at its back edge at great prices!
The breakfast buffet was fresh, plentiful, and yummy with some of the same dishes but also, dishes that chabge daily.
We had a family room which was exactly what we needed!
The room had plenty of room, a view to the pool, decent beds and was clean!
My favourite part about this place, though, was the staff.
So friendly to not only us but our children as well, our kids loved it here and did not want to leave.
We will definitely be back.
