I recommend; staff are very kind, breakfast is GOOD and flexible, ask for salmon and they will bring it out;) in general i love the Indigo hotels anywhere!Good location very close to everything however being a VIP expedia member did not give me any benefits at this hotel.

After staying there the private pool room did not seem worth the additional money

The hotel is brand new Walking distance to all the shopping, restaurants and main tourist area. I will recommend this hotel to anyone who is looking to travel to Phuket.

We loved the design of the rooms and the overall aesthetic of the hotel. It was very clean, modern, and fun. The gym was quite good and there's even a Muay Thai training area. The saunas in the gym locker rooms were a much enjoyed amenity. (Just know you'll probably have to turn on the sauna yourself and give it about 15 minutes to warm up.) Also liked the in-room silk robes and slippers. The bed and pillows were very comfortable.
If you're wanting to stay close to nightlife, restaurants, and the beach, this is an excellent location.There was some noise from the street but this is to be expected given the area of town that it is located, and I wouldn't say that it interfered with getting sleep.

I checked out a day early . When i went to the desk the lady stated for me to call Expedia and they would give permission for a refund . I didn’t even ask she just offered . So when I did expedia spoke to the reservation manager Jeannie / Stephanie and they stated they have no record of me even checking out . Well it was very obvious I had checked out because I did. I called directly and spoke with Stephanie and she now stated she spoke to lady at the front desk and the conversation never happened. Which it did because I had it. Denied my refund and then hung up . Being lied doesn’t sit well with anyone.
not a bad property but poorly managed . Rooms were not cleaned until late in day 4-5 o’clock . After being out all day it’s nice to come back to a clean room not have to leave again . Front desk offered no assistance with airport transportation . Stated it’s busy season and our cars are booked . Asked if they could call a taxi no go outside and try . Will not return based on customer service.

The service was very basic, our stay was not made special as it was our honeymoon and we informed them of this. The lighting in the bathroom is terrible. Very dim.
Other Indigo hotels we have stayed at elsewhere were much better.
This was a disappointment.
