Staffs Were Great, I loved The way Expedia Customer Care Team Supported Us.. Rooms were Nice and We Loved staying there..

Hotel location was great, staff was so nice which we loved!. However, hotel needs to upgrade itself. Bathroom had water stain from last decades.. furniture needs to be renewed. Nightstad light cover was exteremly dirty. Would not stay here again nor recommend to anyone.

It is very quiet and nice. Little bit shabby, but it is just add some charms. Very nice and helpfull personal

Hotel and room was so classy; the swim up bars are a wonderful touch. Literally across the street from the beach and jet skis. Many delicious seafood options, as well fast food options within a 5 min walk. Of course the nightlife is typical Thailand style. This is my new home in Phuket!

Really enjoyable stay at the Double-Tree Hilton in Patong, Thailand. Staff were very helpful and accommodating throughout and facilities were excellent as is to be expected

The location is good if you want to be where the action is. About one block to the beach and lots of stores and restaurants
