Have stayed here before and been to Patong many times
It’s an affordable hotel. But the pool bar is never manned. Which is annoying, it’s part of the resort experience. Drinks are also very expensive as is the room service
Staff don’t really come around and aren’t overly friendly. Def not rude or anything but the whole feel wasn’t great.
Be careful also when walking around wet it’s all very slippery.
Make sure you book breakfast or it is 450 baht each 😐 my oversight not including brekkie but that price is ridiculous. Eat cross the road for half that. Sure not a buffet but a lot you won’t eat anyway.
The rooms are fine. Little dated but for what you pay it’s comfortable.
Often food was left out the front of rooms for hours on end. Bit gross. I also found it took forever for any food to be cleared around the pool.
All in all it’s fine but I know you can definitely get a better experience elsewhere unfortunately.
I wouldn’t stay again.

A clean comfortable place to stay
The staff were lovely and always so helpful
Especially when I needed to see a doctor, the staff went over and above
Breakfast in the restaurant was amazing

Had a very good experience staying here. Staff were always friendly, room was fantastic! Will definitely stay here again next time, highly recommend the poolside rooms!

2nd time staying, 1st stay prior to covid so a few differences noticed. Nice addition of some pool slides and a kids swimming area.
Hotel is a convenient position, close walk to beach road and OTOP market. Alternatively also an easy walk to Jungceylon/Central Plaza and Bangla Road.
Taxi 15-20mins to Kata Beach.
Buffet breakfast service caters to a large variety of cuisines. All staff including reception, room service, maintenance and security are polite, friendly and helpful. Always smiling greeting guests.
Tried room service, meals were tasty but as we were 6th floor wasn’t the hottest meal. Happy hour cocktails by the pool, but probably didn’t utilise this as much as I would have compared to places that you can scan a QR code by the poolside table etc.
Another pleasant stay 😊
