Overall the hotel was nice and the staff was nice, but some of the staff were undertrained and had no idea about my deposit.

Super clean, good location, facilities were really good, really enjoyed the pool area. Room was cleaned everyday with fresh towels and reception staff were really friendly and helpful. Hotel also offers a laundry services which was really convenient and cheap.

Location great, breakfast basic and simple.
Neighbour close door very loud, awaken many times thruout out stay.
Staffs spoken Chinese and English quite good.

Great for what you pay for

Pros: The room was great, very affordable and clean inside.
Cons: Small improvements with such things as the swimming pool area
Location: location was a fair way from the beach, approx. 10 minute walk. Annoying when wanting to return to room throughout day.
Great cheap stay, location was far from the beach and after staying 5 nights the walk became a struggle. Some aspects of the hotel were a little run down, overall great for what we paid for.

During this low season this year we will be giving the hotel a face-lift including the pool area and also implementing some new fun weekly activities for guests such as pool party with happy hour drinks during the afternoon.
