Very rude staff who has no English no understanding
you can not ever never receive explanation for anything
the deposit amount is not mentioned during the reservation but when you check in they are asking for deposit
and this deposit changes according to customer to customer

Terrible Experience - Avoid This Hotel!
I had a horrible stay at this hotel. The service was abysmal—staff were rude and unhelpful at every turn. The room layout was poorly designed, making it uncomfortable and inconvenient. On top of that, I felt nickel-and-dimed for everything, from basic amenities to hidden fees. Save yourself the trouble and stay somewhere else!
