A little bit noisy of the staff cause I stay at G/F. I tried no water for shower two days morning......this I made me angry. The boss said sorry to me because something wrong about that. Anyway for the price of this hotel, it's okay for stay.

Hi again I do apologize for the water situation. As you know, Phuket has a major water shortage and water mainly comes from Tankers which can take anything from 2 hrs to 6hrs to arrive and we also has a leak in our underground tank, which is now fixed. I do hope that you were still able to enjoy your holiday here with us.

Great location adjacent Royal Paradise Hotel and clubs, but very quiet and secure. Staff on duty 24/7 and are very helpful. Bottled water provided daily in rooms, a/c and wifi worked without issue. Laundry service available. Comfy bed. Couldn’t ask for more in this price range.

Great Value for the money

Posted 11 Apr 2018 on Hotels
The room I stayed in was large and comfortable with a kitchen that had everything but a stove. The only complaints that I have of the room is that the bathroom window should have a window cover so that the guests at the hotel across the Adonis not be able to see inside the bathroom . Also, I suggest that the hotel service workers smile more often when quests greet them. I initially had planned on staying only 5 days but extended it 7 more days because it was such a nice place. It did not have a pool or breakfast, but, for the area and the price of the room those items were not really needed. The location was quiet and close to almost everything of interest.

Thank you so much for your review. Your comment on the small window in Room 401 bathroom is noted, there is a blind, but a screening over the window may be a good idea. So pleased your enjoyed your stay with us.

Good location and room size for the money

Posted 7 May 2017
Pros: Good value for the price. Nice size room. Excellent air conditioner. Clean. Surprisingly quiet for how close you are to night life.
Cons: Request a lower floor room. Stairs are narrow and climbing them, while not a huge issue, is challenging. Room readiness could be improved.
Location: Right next to Bangla Road (the center of nightlife, i.e. discos and go-go clubs). Because of it being at the end of a soi, it is quite quiet.
Offers a good value for what you get (why is has a 4+ rating). Located at the end of a soi (street) that dead ends and then around a corner where cars can't drive. Because of its somewhat obscure location and small size (has about 20 rooms) taxi and minivan drivers have trouble finding it (even when providing them the address). Have hotel's phone number handy so your driver can call for directions. I got dropped off several blocks from the hotel on the night of my arrival and walked aimlessly around with my luggage for an hour trying to find it. I had the address, but not a phone number and no one knew where it was. The staff is reasonably friendly and helpful, but a little clueless. I requested a wake up call on the morning of my departure which they failed to give me. The night I checked in my room safe was locked and I had to wait till the following morning for the manager to open it. My room was up 5 flights of stairs which are fairly narrow. There's no elevator and going up and down was a pain. The TV wasn't set up for cable and the maid had to do this the following morning. With this said, I checked out other hotels in the area. They had smaller rooms at 25% to 35% higher prices. Thus, I stayed at the Adonis the remainder of my stay as they were the best value for the area. Finally, not an issue, but the soi the hotel is on is adjacent to a soi that is the focal point of gay activity in Patong. Because of this the hotel promotes itself to gay clientele.

Quiet yet close to the action

I was impressed that the hotel contacted us as soon as our reservation was confirmed. They upgraded us and the room was in order. They were helpful in booking our ferry for us. In order to have a quiet location near Patong Beach, you need to go down back alleys like this and the laundry mats didn't leave us with a great vibe but we did get a good night's sleep at that is more important.

Friendly staff, great location as close to night life, bars and restaurants although not so close that you hear it all, the room was nice and the bed comfortable, very pleasent stay which was topped off by a little Christmas gift.
