The staff lies to the customer, says they will respond to the reservation center but does not. Hundreds of dollars lost...shame on Expedia and this hotel. very noisy room with bedbugs a pestilential smell in the bathroom. offers to contact Expedia for reimbursement and claims to validate given the conditions but despite their words they do nothing. To flee, never again.

DO NOT STAY HERE OR ANY OTHER APK CONGLOMERATE PROPERTIES. ^ there is like 3 APK resorts in Phuket and this one in particular is a dump on the outskirts, be prepared to stay in a desolate abandoned building with no service whatsoever. This is not even worthy of 1 star. No hot water, no room service. Basically everything advertised is a con. Definitely not safe for women either. I have asked expedia to look into removing this property from their platform so it doesn’t happen to anyone else - let’s hope it does not.

We were sent to a different property, The bed was like the worst mattress you could ever pick up from any dumpsite you could feel every spring in the complete side of the mattress had failed springs through it, The lift down button didn’t work, so we had to go down to the next floor to catch the lift. The photos look amazing but the actual property is extremely dated and rundown, wifi only in the lobby area. We were going to transfer to one of their other hotels the Three by APK, only to find by another stayer that they had no running water in the whole hotel for over three days and the problem still wasn’t rectified. We were then transferred to the a APK resort and spa near Bangla Road, which was certainly much nicer but the sound of drunk tourists into the early hours of the morning as well as music and coming from the downstairs restaurant until 11 pm every night was not ideal. The staff were very good and did everything they could to help us out and even admitted that the resort we had initially been placed in was very bad . I think they could spend a little bit of money on a few of the hotels to replace mattresses and get the basics right and we would’ve been comfortable but unfortunately they are missing the mark on just the simple basics that are required and this ended up taking a couple of days Out of our trip just mucking around with getting hotels sorted. I personally wouldn’t book with this particular company again at this time.

Misrepresented property. Do not stay here

I have tried to email your office to ask for a refund on my stay. I would appreciate a reply. The photos on your site do not represent this property. They must be decades old and the cleaning staff left at the same time. They checked me into a different property because they had overbooked the property where I booked but that was terrible also.
