The staff is very friendly and welcoming. The room is very clean and comfortable. The hotel is located within walking distance of the major shopping malls such as Central World. The breakfast buffet is a must try because of the varieties of cuisines available. I stayed in this hotel every time when I visited Bangkok during the past decade.

There is noise between rooms specially the connecting rooms every day. I hear the noise of the kids. The sink is not running good And their bad smell coming out from the AC I wear lift in floor 17

We enjoyed our stay very much. The only thing I wasn't happy about was the buffet breakfast: 5-star variety, 3-star quality.

the customer service and service recovery from this property was exception. the very definition of “going the extra mile”. special shoutout to Palm, the assistant front office manager for his top class hospitality.
