Staff is very nice and helpful. 30 minute walk into Sorrento *I always walked down, which they got a neat walkway down the mountain,* but walking back up is another story, recommend the bus that says *Priora* for that. The doors are easy to use (not always a given in Italy) and the staff made communication easy. My only criticism is that check in with only the landline number was very difficult.
