Muy limpio el hotel, pero esta lejos de la ciudad y los taxi cobran mínimo 18 euros, si buscas algo céntrico este NO es el lugar indicado, vale destacar que esta muy limpio y no tiene room services. 8/10

The hotel in general was nice and clean with ample seating area in the lobby. It is inconveniently located quite a ways outside of València in an industrial area of town. There are VERY limited places to eat within walking distance of the hotel which is the worst part about it because the hotel’s restaurant is only open for breakfast (buffet only) and then closed all day until 8:30pm. We arrived at 2:00pm and had nowhere to eat after a long day of travel until 8:30pm as the few restaurants in the area were all closed.
The spa services were only a pool/sauna/jacuzzi circuit…… no actual spa treatments available.
Our room was very nice but the floors were filthy and literally covered in long hair from previous guests, it was everywhere!
The restaurant, when it was open, had a good dinner menu and a mediocre breakfast buffet for the price.
The staff for the most part were pleasant and helpful.
Not the worst place I’ve stayed but I won’t go back next time I’m in València.

Rooms are super nice and spacious, pool is smaller than it looks in the photos. Coffee isn't free :(

The condition of the room we were in was awful. It was falling apart. I ask front desk to change us to another room and they salud it was not the policy.
I took some pictures of the bathroom but unfortunately I can’t share them here.

The hotel is beautiful, our room was spotless and the bed was comfortable. The nightly rate does not include access to the spa circuit. It comes at an additional cost of €15.

Comfy rooms, weird bathroom
