This is a great stop-over if exploring the Franciacorta area as the villa is conveniently located on the main wine route. Francesca and her family (this is a family-owned business, after all) also offer excursions and visits to local wineries as part of specific packages. My partner and I really enjoyed the room and the garden (though unfortunately it rained a lot during our stay), not to mention the breakfast, which came in three main variants.

Room was lovely and quiet 1st nite of 3 nite stay but became a bit noisy when other 2 rooms were occupied the next nite . 2nd morning of our stay could only have a warm shower as other guests had used most of hot water. Apart from that room was lovely and cosy with warm bedding and comfy bed. Host was lovely and served traditional Italian breakfast with yummy cheesecake would recommend this stay

Wonderful B&B

We were visiting friends nearby and decided to tryVilla Franca. Beautiful property with comfortable clean rooms In a lovely house. The rooms look directly out on the garden and in the morning breakfast is served in a day room with windows that let light in from every direction. The breakfast had numerous choices and was tasty. We foolishly forgot our pillows and within a short period of time they let us know they had found them and we were able to retrieve them promptly. We’ve never stayed in a facility where they reached out to tell us we had left something behind. Overall, a wonderful experience and we will stay here again when we visit our friends.

The villa is beautiful, as are the rooms and its garden. The breakfast was mediocre, consisting of a packet of cookies, too sweet cake from the supermarket, and 'yoghurt with fruit' was yoghurt from a plastic cup and a (whole) peach, which of course cleaning a peach makes a total mess. It would take the stay to a higher level even if the fruit was already cut or the yoghurt was put in a bowl.

This B&B is centrally located in the Franciacorta region. The property managers are very kind. However, we were switched to a different room upon arrival which did not have AC. We weren’t informed of this. This affected our stay as it was during a heat wave and mosquitos came into our room since we had to keep the door and windows open.

Die Gastgeber sind sehr nett und freundlich. Das Zimmer war sehr schön mit einem riesigen Bad. Der Garten ist sehr groß und darf genutzt werden. Es ist eine sehr ruhige Gegend. Beim Frühstück gab es 3 Menüs zur Auswahl.
