Receptionist
Posted 20 Sep 2016It was quite dissapointing that we were late for check-in, but there was not anyone from hotel staff that would have contacted us to keep in the touch. In fact, when we were about an hour journey to arrive at the hotel, the receptionist called to let us know that she'll be out of shift soon and will just leave the room key by the reception counter. I find this very rude as a customer to be treated this way. The hotel management itself should have a replacement staff for the shift changing time and customer arriving late for check-in should not be an issue since payment had been made earlier.

Cons: please confirm the available room before you offer
i didn't have my room likes as booked when i arrived at hotel. i and my small family very regret for this service. how i want to find another hotel or resort around near place at the night after drive for 13hours from shah alam, selangor
