We liked that the place had a fridge and some basic kitchen stuff (like cups and flatware). However, cleanliness was poor, the drapes fell to the floor, the wall clock needs a battery, the table only had one chair, and the signs on the wall with room instructions were hand written on paper peeling and worn.

Thank you for the accommodation. Hope it would be just easy to know the unit and floor during the booking and the internet service should be available during our stay but overall no issues with the rest. Thank you

Booked 2 rooms at 150 Newport which faced the busy street directly with easy access to food and shopping. Both were not available. We were moved to 81 Newport on the opposite side of Newport boulevard facing Andrew St. To get access to dinning and shopping you have to walk a long way. My room was ok. AC worked and also came with a water purifier. Unfortunately there were only 1 AC plug. Someone unplugged the frig and plug the water filter machine. As a result, there were water all around the frig from the defrosting. It made a dirty puddle of water in the kitchen. Bathroom and room were clean. Didn’t see any insects. It is just the inconvenience of being moved to somewhere less desirable despite paying for it. Also the 81 Newport complex have 6 cluster of building merging together. Cluster 1-3 are in front of Newport boulevard. Cluster 4-6 are in back of Newport boulevard. All the rooms look alike so if they don’t tell you which cluster then you might get lost especially if you didn’t noticed that each room has a cluster and room number on the plate.

Paid for 150 Newport condotel. Was told ok for early checkin. Upon arrival around 10a, was told unit not available by manager. Waited till past noon when we were told units at 150 Newport were not available. Instead we were taken to 81 Newport. Our original unit faced main boulevard where all the shops and restaurants are located. Now we are placed in a side street at a different address. We had to walk a long distance just to get to the main road. I was not happy with new unit location. We stayed at unit cluster 6 6D. AC was not cold at all. No water filter station unlike our other room. It was clean though. WiFi signal was weak because it was using the signal from 2 rooms away. Overall I was not pleased with the situation. Luckily it was only 1 night.

It was convenient for purpose of our business, being close to airport and Manila bay area. The area felt safe and was clean.
