Check in was fast and it is a convenient location if you need to be at the Pasadena Convention Center as it is next door, literally a sliding door away. The Hotel needs to focus more in cleanliness. Carpet needs cleaning, perhaps deep shampoo cleaning. Upon check in, pillow cases have make up stains on and q-tips left over in the shower. We also discovered a cockroach. I book this hotel for convenience, but there is definitely needs more improvement.

I used to work at that facility for a different hotel chain years ago. Hotel Dena has definitely improved the decor, staff, and overall atmosphere of that hotel. I would definitely recommend it!

I liked the decor and vibe. It was clean and the staff was very professional. Food options were very decent and pretty good. We had a great time. I will definitely book this hotel again if I am in the area.

Very standard chain hotel feeling although they try to be a boutique hotel is really window dressing not real. That doesn’t mean I wouldn’t stay again I would

The only issue my wife and I had was the size of the room as we had quite a large amount of luggage with not a lot of space to store it in the room. I understand that the hotels main clientel do not probably have this issue. Apart from that we had no other issues and enjoyed our stay and would have no problem returning
