The bathroom was amazing for this level of hotel! Large and clean with two sinks, powerful hair dryer, and plenty of hot water!!

A good hotel

Hotel was in a brilliant location right in the centre of el pa de la casa. Decent room size even for 4 people. Breakfast was typical continental fare but there was a decent choice. Only complaint would be that the room got very warm overnight even with the window open.

Gone down hill.

Rooms were permanently to hot. Only adjusted by going to reception. Ran out of hot water. Breakfast has got worse. Restaurant food is poor. We have stayed here about 6 times before and this has spoilt it. Maybe new owners but won't be returning.

Hi Christopher ! Thank you for your appreciation. So, about the warm in the rooms. The receptionist asked you to inform him if you had this kind of problem. Why didn't you do that ? About the breakfast, natural orange juice, 6 different kinds of marmelades, 4 different kinds of delicatessen, eggs, hot drinks, viennoiseries etc etc, all at will... what else ... About cold water, it happens, sometimes, when the hotel is full and all skiers go to the bath at the same moment, our two 2500 liters balloons need 30 minutes to be warmed... just the time to drink 2 or 3 free beers at the reception if you asked for this problem... Finally, about our restaurant, you'd never taken lunch or dinner in our pizzeria, maybe you took it in our second restaurant. This one, "La Cava Roca", is one of the most famous grill restaurant in el Pas de la Casa. Maybe that's why we don't cook any haggis mint that you did'nt appreciate it... I promise you next time we'll try... Best regards,
