Great location
Posted 7 Sep 2020 on HotelsThe hotel is well placed for the centre of town. Rooms are small but clean. Information stated that check in was from 12 noon but in actual fact it was 16.00. Breakfast was disappointing. The gentleman on reception was very helpful. €80 was a little expensive for the night plus breakfast. The private car park at the rear of the hotel was good.

Hotel ideally situated in Centre of Parthanay and close to old town. There is a very good car park at the rear of hotel. There are some nice restaurants on the square opposite the hotel
Staff were very friendly and helpful
The hotel is very tired and needs a good uplift. It was clean enough but the decor etc just needs some money spent on it.
Breakfast was good - plenty of variety

Pros: Being down town with acceptable restaurants arround
Good attention at the reception
Cons: nothing important
Location: Parthenay is a very small city without night life ,
The market every wednesday is atractive
The very old part of the city must be visited
As expected for this price and location
Probably one the best place for this price in this small city ..

Comfy but overpriced stay.
Posted 29 Aug 2014 on HotelsQuite fortunately we had a spacious room with separate bathroom and toilet. The hotel is well equipped, has good access to the shops and restaurants although located by the busy road with rooms viewing a car park. Overall we had a pleasant stay but stay but much overpriced for such a small town hotel.
