Frost desk staff was amazing! Everything was clean and the coffee was great!

This was a unique stay indeed the hotel was nice but it seems you have to do your own room keeping. No hotel staff came to clean we had to throw away the trash and we requested new towels a few times and were told they would be delivered but never were. Over just ok didn’t get the hotel feeling with having to clean and not getting the bed made and having to empty the trash in the hotel room.

I stayed here when visiting NYC with my dog. The room was clean and recently renovated. Nice firm bed and there’s also a dishwasher in the kitchen in my room. Just over 30 mins from NYC so it was perfect for my day trip to the city. Only extra $50 per accommodation for the dog which was pretty good. I ended up staying there for 3 nights and will definitely go back. Thanks!

This property was fantastic! The area felt incredibly safe and quiet, with plenty of convenient amenities nearby, including shopping and dining options within walking distance. I especially appreciated how easy it was to find parking, which made coming and going a breeze. The property itself was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, providing a truly relaxing stay. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a convenient and enjoyable getaway!

Justin at the front desk was AMAZING. Always willing to accommodate. “Yes we can” or “would this work better” only positive responses from him. There was a little issue with the heating but all in all … my stay was good. Good choice since NY wasn’t a far drive
