Have stayed here in prior years. Property was undergoing renovation during this year's stay. Bathroom cleanliness was an issue. Toilet had been used and was not flushed when I got into my room. Tub filled with water while I showered, and was still full when I got up the next morning.

The location is awful. Surrounded by storage bins. Not a place I felt comfortable in at all. It could use even a simple reno and it would make a big difference. Staff were excellent!

Thank you for your review. We are beginning an extensive renovation program after the Thanksgiving holiday which will improve the level of comfort and guest satisfaction. I am sorry that the storage bins made you feel uncomfortable but unfortunately they are necessary for the renovation project.

My only concern with the room was the fact that there is only one night table - both of us wear glasses - I had to set mine on the floor when I went to bed - and I couldn't plug in my phone near my bed, which is a preference - or have a glass of water bedside - had to put a cup on the floor.
