As we arrived we didn’t have a warm welcome, very awkward. The service was in fact very passive aggressive. First problem doors were hard to lock and when they locked they were even harder to open (thought I had to climb out of the window!) as well the room looked like it was falling apart, bathroom felt very un sanitary. AC was turned off without us knowing, so we came back to a very hot room. Weren’t told from check in that we could not have guests enter our room (we were playing cards. We aren’t sure how she realised we had a guest when she was never around). Outside door was EXTREMELY hard to open thought I would have to sleep on the streets! She had her number on the door but we felt worried to call her. Had drilling at about 7am which was annoying. Over all wouldn’t go back and wouldn’t recommend.

Thank you girls for taking the time to review us-within an hour of your departure from the hotel. I do think that your angry review was fuelled, by me asking you (politely) to tell the young man showering ? in your room to leave, as visitors are only received in the reception area. This is hotel policy clearly stated next to the wifi codes-which everybody asks for upon arrival. The budget rooms are older, non renovated rooms, for the budget traveller, however we do cleaning everyday.The a/c turns off once you leave the room- it's automatic-part of our green policy.- nothing personal.

Worst room , hard mattress , dirty, NO WIFI IN ROOM ,,,,cuando salí deje el aire puesto y cuando regrese alguien entró y lo apagó y las ventanas cerradas entonces casi me ahogo de la peste ,,,,,Very bad , malísimo,

Dear guest, You did book a budget room, which is mostly suitable for students and backpackers.This is why i stress in the description that the budget rooms are non renovated, dated but clean, rooms.The a/c's in all the rooms will automatically go off once your key is removed- this is part of the green policy in Europe.As retirees, I understand you would prefer a standard room. However you chose not to take this option because there was a price difference.

Location was very convenient, perfect to walk around and go to the beach and walking distance to restaurants and Parikia stores. Probably the beds were not the most comfortable.

Staff was great. Requiring the toilet paper to go in the trash was awkward. The cleanliness and wifi were problematic during the summer. Air conditioning worked well. Location convenient to ferry and bus terminals.
