There was some working around the hotel, but they did their best to accommodate our request for a quiet room, even letting us enter the room before check-in time. "This is a really well-managed hotel/apartment. The apartment is super spacious, beds are super comfortable, balcony huge, and cupboards are well stocked with crockery and essentials, if you decide to prepare small meals/snacks. "The property is surrounded by trees and one of its buildings has a view - though mostly covered by the trees - to the lake. It should be conducive to a pleasant and peaceful stay but wasn't. In my last week at this property, I was moved to a studio apartment that was literally falling apart - I have pictures. The doors from the cabinets and closet were all misaligned and the plywood cover was peeling off. The coffee table in the living room had a broken leg and seemed to have been glued back...

"Was very nice Hostel and it was good because near to the Annemasse station 25- 30 min very easy to go to Geneva I enjoyed my holiday for that. Also, people are working in the hostel was very nice and helpful. "

"It's unkept and i was woken by the smell of sinteric mariguana, maybe it be good for just one night not more. Expidia why do want me to lie about my stay in Zenitude Hotel? You got as 4 star but is 2 star max. This area is not good for dark skin people."

"Nice apartment, need a mirror in the bedroom and two chairs at the table. I wanted breakfast on Monday morning, got back late Saturday, reception was closed and not open all day Sunday so had a croissant at the supermarket at 12:00 pm 🙁🙁"

"The hotel is tricky to find and the entrance is located in a shopping arcade. Keep eyes peeled for McDonald's and you'll be close! However the room was good but duvet too small for a couple. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Gr at location. "

"Das Frühstückbuffet macht für mich nicht wirklich einen guten Eindruck. Die Auswahl und vor allem wie es hergerichtet ist, dürfte wesentlich besser sein. Konkret: Mehr Brot- sowie Joghurtauswahl. Spiegeleier oder Omelette werden nur gebracht, wenn man das Personal anfragt. Ein guter Service würde nicht nur nach der Zimmernummer fragen, sondern auch was sie anzubieten haben. Aber das würde dem Anschein nach nur mehr Aufwand für das Personal geben..... :-( "

"We really liked StayKooook. Our studio flat was very well appointed.Check in was unique but easy-through an app and keyless, although there is option to make a keycard on arrival if preferred..my husband doesnt do apps so that was useful. There are additional facilities in a rooftop social flat - space with a fuller kitchen for guest use if you dont want to cook in your room and other extras. . "
