"Overall the place is okay - great view of the valley and clean rooms. As the hotel is located on top of a mountain it's quite remote from any restaurant which makes you bit dependent on their in-house restaurant which isn't the best. Even after requesting the food to be less oily it was everytime floating in oil (might not be a big issue to some but let it happen for 4 days and then see), taste is not good either but the charge is exorbitant. "The rooms in individual cottages are fairly comfortable and spacious. There are views of the green hills to be had from abundant windows but with other cottages around, you may have to keep the curtains drawn. The bathroom had heating arrangements too. The housekeeping staff are regular with cleaning and changing towels and tea bags daily. There is free Wi-fi available only in the lobby and dining area. I told them about cold they could not solve.They failed to give me wake up call.All front desk staffs are sleeping.very bad management.Receptiom staffs are not well behaved.They informed the driver to drop me at 6am instead of 5am. I personally talked to driver to drop me at 5 am.I will request the hotel owner to change reception staffs and that lady Incharge who never say hello to guest."
