Great hotel and staff, if you rent a car - it will be amazing. If not, you may have some difficulty getting rides from city center, but can easily ask a restaurant or store to call a taxi if needed. Fantastic hotelstaff and very clean.

This property was located away from downtown, which was great for a quiet neighborhood. Parking was ample and free. Breakfast had several options every morning and the staff were very friendly. Would recommend for anyone traveling to the region of Parma.

Parma drive thru option
Posted 3 Aug 2024 on HotelsThe hotel its normal for USA standard , no laundry available , Hotel and restaurant staff are not very happy to welcome you so you feel unwelcome but other than thats it’s alright , not that of a bargain on the price so they should do better
