Stayed in apartment which was excellent .. very clean and comfortable . The complex is looking abit tired from the outside but certainly makes up for it inside …could not fault it . Bit tricky to access when arriving by car but parking is great and located close to trams is perfect for city or races. Would definitely stay again.

I booked a week at Park Squire Motor Inn for a friend going through a tough time. Before she arrived, I went to the reception, paid, and asked if any deposit was needed. The receptionist said no. However, when my friend arrived at 2 pm, the same receptionist demanded a deposit, saying he didn’t realize “this type of person” would be staying. He was rude, impolite, and clearly making judgments based on appearance. Despite my efforts to explain, we ended up paying the deposit, but the entire experience was awful. The receptionist was racist and accused me of lying.

Hi AliThank you so much for booking with us.The guest who stays in the motel need to provide her or his own credit card for the room security. It shown on the website at the very beginning when you start the booking.If the guest can not provide the credit card, it doesn't matter what she or he looks like, the receptionist need to charge deposit and refund at check-out. For all of our guest, same policy applied.By the way, the end of the story is that the room needs to be deeply cleaned, because of the strong cigarette or weed smell remained; also police officer involved in.Thanks for your understanding.

The family room stinks of cigarette smoke. When the staff were told they said there’s no smoking in the rooms but the way the building is set up the cigarette smoke is going straight under the gap in the door. There are lots of younger people here tonight and they are smoking straight outside the door. Lucky they are close to the hospital for asthma attacks. The rooms were meant to be sound proof but again because of the gap under the door it is soooo noisy. I made an extremely poor choice will be going back to the regular choices
