This was a real surprise, great rates and omg a super comfy bed and pillows. Room was very clean and tidy, free water bottles in the fridge and an all in all comfortable stay
Will definitely be back 😊

This is not a 4star motel. TV didnt work properly. Despite tellling us it would be fixed next morning no one showed up. Drain in shower leaked through waste drain in bathroom. Sliding door to outside area had no lock. We relied on the screen door to lock the room. Cleanliness not up to scratch. Food in restaurant was bland smothered in cheese. Would not recommend you stay here.

Thanks Anastasia for your review, albeit negative.We do apologise regarding the TV, we did attempt to rectify this on your second day as mentioned, however a TV specialist was required to attend to rectify. They were not available during your stay. This has now been rectified.In relation to the shower drain, we have tested this and it is working correctly. Thank you for advising regarding the glass door, we will ensure that this is attended too.We are surprised by your comment with regards to cleaning, as this was not mentioned when you returned to reception or when a staff member was in the room with you. The first that we are hearing of any cleaning concerns is through this review.Most surprisingly is your comment regarding the food in the restaurant as this was not mentioned during your stay. As you’ll see from our many reviews, we receive positive feedback regarding our food.I would like to add one point which was not mentioned in your review. We were pleased that we were able to change your room from upstairs to a downstairs room even though we were fully booked during your two-night stay and this was not requested.Thanks again Anastasia and all the best with the rest of your travels.Kind regards,Jason & Samara

The place to stay in Parkes

An excellent place to stay
Posted 6 Mar 2024 on HotelsThis is an excellent motel in every way. The room was beautifully appointed, spotlessly clean and large. The bed was super comfortable and the linen top quality. Had 2 really good dinners in the attached restaurant. Host was outstanding. I will definitely be staying here again.
