for the price per night i expected at least to have my room "cleaned" daily. making a bed was just pulling the bedclothes up and pillows thrown against the bed head...toilet was not cleaned, floors not done and usually in a 5 night stay sheets should have been changed once - perhaps there was some small print i didn't see? freezer in fridge didn't work. one day i asked them to come back as i was in the shower. i left and came back around 2 and the room hadn't been done, and the poor reception girl had to do it after i asked. Busy times in Parkes so they have a captive audience, but passing thru, or recommending travellers to use it - i wouldn't

Check in was very good and quick..the managers were quick to get was needed in our room as well. Too bad the dining room wasn't open due to no staff...the space is very modern and would be a nice option for not only for dinner but breakfast.

This location is a great place for a visit if Parkes.. Front desk girl was very helpful and friendly...and after a long hot drive coming into a nice cool room with a good AC was very welcome.. great stay..!

This a great property in Parkes. The room was clean and modern. The service was excellent. I had to stay a little later than checkout time and the manager was very accomodating. I would certainly recommend this motel.

Enjoyed my stay, the restaurant serves up nice meal & has a fair selection , can’t comment on breakfast as the cook was crook, the bed was the best if you like a firm mattress then you’ll sleep well here. The owner was very good & eager to please.

The motel is nice, looks like it’s been newly refurbished. However the bed we had was ripped underneath as it was noticeable and dangling. The convenience of the restaurant massive size serving and accommodated my daughters allergies. however they did not offer everything on the menu Best part are the staff they are very friendly.
