"The check in times were between 2pm to 7pm I got there at 2pm and waited two hours and even phoned them and got no reply. As I had travelled from Moree I was tired so had to find another hotel as no one showed up at all to book me in. I think it’s terrible that they can take your money and you stick to your side of the deal but they absolutely didn’t. I want my money back now please as soon as possible. "
