We have stayed here previously. It's convenient for our purpose. We will no longer stay there again. The towels are stained and yellow. The bedding is the same. Stained and greasy looking.

There was no one around if you wanted to ask questions. Normally there is people around that place was dead. Will not stay there again.

The breakfast is skimpy. No fresh decaf coffee.

The pool and spa were closed. Our room had stains on some of the furniture and the check in manager was not the friendliest. The bed and room was comfortable and the place was clean and the breakfast was good enough.

If you read nothing else, read this: COCKROACHES. I booked this hotel because it was rated favorably on Expedia. When we walked in, I noticed that the pool and hot tub were out of order. Disappointing. Then we got to our room. The first thing I noticed was the musty, disgusting smell, then the cockroaches. We found them on the walls and the floor before we even had a chance to set down our luggage. In addition to the cockroaches, there was a large brown spider and some small black bugs on the wall of the bathroom. We immediately went to the front desk and asked for a refund. They said we had to contact Expedia. I did. Expedia called the front desk and asked for a refund, which the Americinn refused to issue to us because it was “not possible.” No explanation of why. We went back to the front desk to ask why they denied our refund. They called the manager, who does not speak English well, but only kept saying that his hotel is clean. I assure you, it is not. After about an hour of back and forth, we finally left, $150 poorer. Expedia was not at all helpful, and I will never book with them again. This hotel should be shut down. You would be better off sleeping in your car.

I was trying to make a reservation in another city and somehow expedia.com made the reservation here....about 3 hours west of where we wanted to be...and of course NO REFUND FOR YOU!
