When I arrived they always great with smile, staff is excellent and my room had no hot water so they upgraded me.

The property clean , the agent at checkin was not informed of happenings around town and was very rude and lazy , There was not any hot water . I took a cold shower in the morning before heading home . The beds where alright the room other than the shower not having hot water was a nice room comfortable and clean . The shower being broken was not acceptable I rented a handicapped room for my husband who is a disabled veteran . Him also having to take a cold shower was very disappointing . The shower was in all sort of disrepair.

It is convenient to Fort Sam Houston National Cemetary. The staff was excellent. The room was filthy. The carpet, drapery and couch was stained and gross.

The water in our shower was not hot. Room 211 beds to be discounted because there is no view from the window. All you see is a concrete slab! For $150 a night, it’s a bit excessive for the view. Breakfast was nothing more that basic items. No bananas, orange juice was watered down.

Shiiitty place, Old building And they have an issue with hot water, Had to take cold showers , Train Rocks by building.

La habitacion era muy ruidosa, tanto de la carretera que estaba fuera de hotel y del tren, como de la habitacion de arriba que metieron ruido toda la noche. El aire acondicionado también era muy ruidoso.
La ducha no era comoda. Nos tocó habitacion de discapacitados.
