What a perfect place to stay in Duluth near Canal park! We were delighted with the delicious breakfast - exceeded our expectations as a continental breakfast. The room was cute and clean and both of us slept great on the bed! Parking was close and convenient. The views and location was amazing! Just perfect for our weekend away!

Certainly not one of the better places in Duluth.
Breakfast is dismal.
Rooms are small.
Staff can be unfriendly and dismissive, but not all.
One of those hotels that was "slipped" into a sliver of land. The non-lakeside looks like a seedy drive up motel.
Plenty of better places to stay in Duluth.,
Best thing about this place i bniat-watching.,
