It took me almost 2 hours to check in because They keep telling me your room is booked out for somebody else and I asked them to give me my money back. They said we cannot. You have to talk to the owner of the property and I was like I booked my room through this hotel, and it took me literally two hours to check in the room was very clean and nice, but I just didn’t have the best experience to check in

The room was ok but it was definitely not the room depicted in the pictures when I booked it. Very disappointing thinking the room you book looks one way only to find out you are in something totally different

Great room, staff and processes are questionable.

Our reservation was not emailed to the location which resulted in waiting and a check in line, leaving and driving around to hopefully find the correct location . Called Hotels.com CS line they sent an email to confirm the reservation. Went back to the same hotel checkin counter and got checked in to our room. Great stay after that, lovely accommodations, our room was amazing and the Canyons Village was a fun evening. Time to check out: The Valet lost our car, wrong ticket number attached a key ring that wasn’t ours. How does this happen? Dude, where’s my car?

Missed Times

Had my room double booked, was told I could use the credit they gave me for the steakhouse which was closed both days I was there. Ended up not in a room for several hours and ended up missing dinner reservations for a proposal, (I know, sounds made up) but truly disappointed as this is a fine establishment that just needs some better communication between everyone and anywhere you can book the hotel. Adult pool is closed for the year The hot tub is green full of algae, kids running around screaming at everything. Hard to have a peaceful stay with all things considered.

I can't say enough good about our stay. Facilities were amazing, had everything you could possibly need on site and staff were all very friendly and helpful and went above any beyond to make our stay amazing. Looking forward to going back
