Need to pay extra for parking, the inside of the property looks worn, roaches were spotted in the shower… However, the staff was reasonable enough to waive parking due to the unpleasant occurrence

I arrived at the hotel much later than anticipated after being sidetracked by a storm in the area. The desk manager noticed I was frazzled and offered me free parking for the two days of my stay. The location is incredibly convenient and within 5-10 minutes driving distance to plenty of fun spots, food, etc... Breakfast was included, the room was well lit & appointed and clean. One of the best hotel stays I've had in a few years.
