Night time desk agent was fine. Daytime agent was terse and seemed mad when asked a few questions. Not great at customer service. Staff walked into my room while i was napping. Glared at me when i told him someone outsde the hotel had just tried to pickpocket me.

Nice staff. Rooms are tiny and bathrooms are somewhat tight. Clean and good for budget travel. A lot of traffic noise in the area but not terrible. First night there was a dog barking in one of the apartments below for hours.

Rooms are very small. Bathroom and shower even smaller. An average built American would not be able to take a shower in this bathroom. Place was clean and staff was courteous. This hotel is very close to Gare Montparnasse
